Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from receipt of your order confirmation e-mail. You will receive notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping rates and estimates for UK: Standard shipping - Delivery time is 4 to 8 working days.

International shipping rates and estimates: Standard international shipping - Delivery time is 7 to 20 business days.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) that are incurred when the shipment arrives in your destination country. Noola UK is not responsible for these charges.

How can I check the status of my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be available.

If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving the shipping confirmation e-mail, please contact us at info@noola.com. with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.

Refunds, returns and exchanges We operate a 60-day returns policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@noola.com. with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
